The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for Digital Asset Manager at our office located in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting development of the assigned Portfolio(s) product offerings; deploying and managing digital asset in the field; and ensuring engagement with digital asset among target market or audience. Drives achievement of positioning and health impact goals. Responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with multiple external partners and with AHA cross-functional business units to integrate initiatives around digital asset(s).
Manages assigned digital assets and their requirements to drive Portfolio health impact goals and align with assigned digital asset line. Integrates digital assets with appropriate Portfolio strategies to transform independent components into cohesive and synergistic initiatives.
Supports execution of digital asset content, design, modification, timeline, action steps. Ensures vendors and consultants deliver final asset or component. Monitors and reports status and recommends any course corrections to ensure timely delivery, deployment and management/maintenance of digital assets according to plans and within budget.
Schedules and delivers final digital asset to key stakeholders; develops and delivers technical requirements, instructions or key communications for successful launch and deployment/ongoing maintenance
Creates prototype, testing plan or evaluation of digital asset for key stakeholders. Partners with appropriate technology resources internally or externally to ensure the product/asset meets Portfolio requirements.
Collaborates and consults with Portfolio Lead/s, Product Planning, Creative and Digital Content Management to identify assigned product modifications, or enhancements.
Prepares and submits budget documents as requested to report on restricted funding utilized for product development.
Bachelors Degree or any related work experience in Business administration, healthcare administration, marketing/brand management
Two years of experience in content development, product/program development, multimedia publishing, production and/or marketing/communications campaigns and promotions
Experience leading multiple and varied program/product development projects including establishing and managing program/product life-cycle
Experience with Website, interactive/online media, mobile application development and maintenance
Experience in program/product delivery including integration of print, digital and direct to consumer
Experience with engaging volunteers and consultants/vendors in program/product development process
Ability to conceptualize new approaches to program/product design and delivery
