Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and implementing strategy for CRM program, including road mapping the program from launch. Responsible for driving incrementality and enhancing the customer experience to motivate and modify behavior through customized paths and communication strategy. Responsible for executing customer relationship marketing and analysis to optimize engagement and retention within new and existing programs, and to drive new consumers into the CRM database. Responsible for setting operational plans for segmenting data strategically and formulating recommendations that are grounded in Customer Experience (CX) with respect to AHA brand(s) and programs. Responsible for identifying and building an aggregate view of customers within existing CRM programs, supporting strategies for maximizing value to customers.

Qualifications

Essential Job Duties

Establishes and executes CRM strategies across the organization to encourage and optimize customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Provide marketing enhancement to drive consumers to new and existing programs.

Analyze consumer touch-points and maximize opportunities for engagement. Review and consider data strategically and formulate recommendations that are grounded in Customer Experience (CX) with respect to AHA brand(s) and programs.

Identify target audiences by working cross-functionally with other teams to gather insights which will improve targeting efforts and generate buy-in for targeting decisions. Oversee direct communications with customers through the CRM.

Collect and analyze customer data. Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. Establish and drive goals for customer acquisition and secure customer retention. Set standards for ideas, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.

Manage the segmentation strategy to support campaign testing and analysis. Execute target audience segmentation selections and deliver post-campaign insights on incremental and ROI. Manage outside partners such as email platform provider and internal/external agencies on day-to-day campaign design. Drive execution via marketing automation tools that leverage our customer database for targeting, counts, and segmentation. Monitor key KPI’s and collaborate analysts on custom CRM analysis.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including creative/copy, technology, product, and other departments to ensure consistency of marketing messages and user experience across all digital and offline channels.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Research, Communications, Advertising, related area or equivalent work experience.

Experience in marketing, marketing analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) or market research

Expertise in segmentation development and analysis, with some understanding of applied behavioral science leveraging customer data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaign planning and execution

Experience in marketing planning and campaign implementation in direct to consumer marketing

Experience with marketing and analytics applications such as Sales Force, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, etc.

Team player with strong leadership, comfort leading in a complex and changing environment

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and flexibility to change as required based on shifting priorities

Strong communication skills and ability to work with multi-disciplined teams

Skills in budget planning and forecasting relating to marketing strategies and programs

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare marketing experience

Experience managing data acquisition vendors and technology services
